An akashic transmitter is a device to broadcast across higher dimensional space. it works similarily to a speaker, but instead of a plane moving in a 3d space to create a pressure wave, it creates a density volume fluctuation, with phase, and uses that to create a wave in 4d spacetime, in a method analagous to the mundane process.
